Job Description

  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

  • Maintain a database of companies, contacts and interactions on internal CRM system

  • Perform outbound calls and emails to schedule virtual appointments

  • Optimizing scripts and objection handlers for different customer personas

  • Assist in refining customer personas and reviewing outreach strategies

  • Any other ad-hoc admin tasks

Requirements

  • At least 6 months experience in sales or business development

  • Minimally Diploma in Business/Information Technology or related field

  • Possess the drive to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process

  • Ability to handle rejection when reaching out to leads and prospects

  • Confident in speaking to business owners and CEOs

  • Strong time management skills

  • Sociable and enjoys talking to people

Location/Remuneration

  • Work from home (WFH), Tuesday - Thursday, 2pm - 6pm (GMT+8, Singapore time)

  • Remuneration: $600/month
