Job Description
-
Perform at least 50 outbound calls and emails on a daily basis to schedule discovery calls

Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
-
Assist in creating and refining customer personas, ideal customer profile and reviewing outreach strategies
-
Generate new leads and clean-up existing leads based on Ideal Customer Profile and Customer Personas
-
Maintain a database of companies, contacts and interactions on internal CRM system
-
Optimizing scripts and objection handlers for different customer personas
-
Any other ad-hoc admin tasks
Requirements
-
At least 6 months experience in sales or business development

Minimally Diploma in Business/Information Technology or related field

Possess the drive to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process

Ability to handle rejection when reaching out to leads and prospects

Confident in speaking to business owners and CEOs

Strong time management skills

Sociable and enjoys talking to people
Location/Remuneration

Work from home (WFH), Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (GMT+8, Singapore time)
