Job Description

  • Perform at least 50 outbound calls and emails on a daily basis to schedule discovery calls

  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities

  • Assist in creating and refining customer personas, ideal customer profile and reviewing outreach strategies

  • Generate new leads and clean-up existing leads based on Ideal Customer Profile and Customer Personas

  • Maintain a database of companies, contacts and interactions on internal CRM system

  • Optimizing scripts and objection handlers for different customer personas

  • Any other ad-hoc admin tasks


  • At least 6 months experience in sales or business development

  • Minimally Diploma in Business/Information Technology or related field

  • Possess the drive to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process

  • Ability to handle rejection when reaching out to leads and prospects

  • Confident in speaking to business owners and CEOs

  • Strong time management skills

  • Sociable and enjoys talking to people


  • Work from home (WFH), Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (GMT+8, Singapore time)
